Our Fabrication Services offered
We provide fabrication services in Christchurch and Rangiora, New Zealand. Our solutions are designed to be efficient and cost effective using modern machinery:
Versatility for fabrication
We work with most common materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel (304 and 316), aluminium. We also perform Cast-Iron repairs, especially if a casting cannot be replaced or sourced and the only option is to repair the original part.
CAD services
We can use a customer supplied DXF or Smartweld Ltd designed files to accurately cut components for folding or fabrication, eliminating the traditional labour-intensive marking out, cutting, drilling.
CNC Laser cutting
Our 12Kw brand new laser cutting machine uses the latest technology to cut aluminium, stainless steel or steel materials to a very high standard and accuracy. This machine is ideal for large production runs of sheet metal from 0.5mm thickness through to a plate of 40mm thickness.
Press brake services
We will also fold your sheet metal components or parts after laser cutting, again to the precise shape required.
We are also well equipped with welding processes using TIG, MIG, Pulse-Mig, Arc.
