1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the SmartWeld website, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors.
1.2 SmartWeld reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to the website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
2. Products and Services
2.1 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2.2 We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. However, we do not guarantee that the information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
2.3 Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and subject to additional GST unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate drawings and information to complete your work, including purchasing and account information.
Smartweld will not be liable for products, goods or services provided, if incorrect information is supplied from the customer for the work undertaken.
3.2 SmartWeld reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.
3.3 Payment must be made in full before your order will be processed or dispatched, unless a prior agreement has been confirmed by email. If you have an account open with us, the T&C’s from that document prevail.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We aim to process orders promptly and deliver within reasonable timeframes. However, shipping times are estimates and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
4.2 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for loss or delays due to incorrect shipping details.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence and will work with you to provide a replacement or refund if an item is damaged in transit.
5.2 Returns for change of mind are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to restocking fees. Smartweld will endeavour to our best to remedy all situations of this nature, however we have the right to refuse any claim that doesn’t meet the criteria of the NZ consumers guarantee act.

6.1 All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and graphics—is the property of SmartWeld or its licensors and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.
